The berry-picking season is over until January 2024. On the 1st of October 2023, we are hosting a book reading of our children’s book: Big Mama’s Raspberry Farm. Please buy your tickets online.

When is berry picking season?

Raspberry picking season is from January to May. During the off-season, our berry products and our frozen berries can be purchased by appointment.
Is there entrance fee to the farm?

Yes, an entrance fee is payable for all guests (picking or not). Adults - R50 Kids and pensioners - R40 Children under 2 years old enter for free You pay for the berries picked - R140 per kg.
Is the farm wheelchair friendly?

Yes, our farm stall and food areas are accessible to wheelchairs. However, please note that there are no paths in the berry field, it is uneven with gravel and sticks making it very challenging for wheelchairs.
Are picnics allowed?

We have a variety of vendors selling delicious food and drinks therefore we do not allow picnics on our farm.
Are dogs allowed?

We absolutely love our furry friends. However, to ensure the safety and comfort of all our visitors we kindly request that you leave your dogs at home.
Is the farm available for photographers?

Our beautiful farm is available for wedding pictures and photoshoots, please contact us at info@thefieldberrryfarm.com for a quote.
